The Sea and the Beach

British seaside.jpg

With seven miles of soft sandy beaches it is impossible not to be inspired by the beauty of the seaside. Stretching from Hengistbury Head in the east to Alum Chine in the west, the coastline is punctuated by two piers at Boscombe and Bournemouth Centre. The beaches fly the Seaside Award Flag for cleanliness, management and facilities, meeting the European Blue Flag standards for water quality. Summer or winter the immaculate seaside stretches for miles and offers all things maritime from fishing to cruising and from chilling out to energising.
