Alan has worked for the owners of the hotel for many years. He manages the Restaurant as well as bringing his trademark smile, enthusiasm and experience to the food and beverage operation at the hotel.

Des , the traditional hotelier leading the food and beverage team, has spent the past couple of decades in Bournemouth and knows the town as well as anyone. He has been at the Hotel Royale for the past 8 years so his experience is invaluable.

Jeanette is Business Development Manager at The Hotel Royale. She seeks and manages new conference and banqueting business brought into the hotel, and is also responsible for looking after the details of all our events, conferences and parties .

Kay is our Head Receptionist who is responsible for the Reception team. She looks after reservations and all rooming issues at the hotel. Kay, who is originally from Ireland, embarked on her career in the hospitality industry when she moved here.

Jenny is in charge of all the facilities at the hotel from the housekeeping function to the upkeep of all aspects of the property and its facilities. Jenny has a wealth of experience in hotels and is a very dedicated member of the management team.

Gary was born and educated in Hungary and is a qualified computer programmer. He joined the Hotel Royale in 2004 and has worked his way up the ladder to his recent appointment as Duty Manager. Gary spends his spare time at the gym.
