Friday the 13^th is the day that Bournemouth will get to see the Olympic Torch.  It will make its way past Weymouth and Poole before spending a night here in Bournemouth, (we did offer it a discounted rate to stay here at the hotel, but it politely refused!).  Over 12,500 tickets were given out for this free two and a half hour celebration being held on the beach from 5.30pm.  I was lucky enough to secure a ticket and will be cheering on the iconic flame at this spectacular event!  More to follow ...............
